Revisiting softer ground is a big plus for IMPERIAL EXPRESS (3) and the Andrew Balding trained filly travels to Scotland for this having looked well-ahead of the handicapper winning at Ffos Las. Possibly found the ground too quick in a stronger contest at Goodwood last time. GOLDEN MELODY (5) was denied a nose attempting a 1m2 1/2f handicap at Chester. Respect continuing in the same grade off an unchanged rating. YORKSHIRE LADY (1) is one from one over this distance. Needs to be included on the back of a decent third in a 1m2 1/2f contest at Ayr. OWN ACCORD (2) might yet do better in these softer conditions.
