KAPOOR (8) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 4 lengths from the winner in third over 6f at this track (Dirt). Open to improvement and looks a serious contender. SURPRISE (5) is a three-year-old filly facing the starter for the first time. From a strong family that has produced at black type level, being by Good Magic from the former top race mare Devious Intent. Sure to be well-educated, being from the B H Cox stable. Promising type who is worth considering if popular in betting. LAULAUGA (3) has not been to the races since she finished third on debut over 6f at this track on December 19. Can give this a shake. VIVECA (6) is a three-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Mark E Casse stable. Finished off last campaign with a ninth at Turfway Park (Synthetic) three-and-a-half months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but looks well placed. Can run a bold race.
