Good record at this journey with two wins and four minor placings from eight starts and is a key runner. VICTORY DASH (2) was well supported when resuming last time out over 1m at this track (Turf) and proved too strong, scoring by a nose. Open to plenty of improvement and another big run will not surprise. FREDO (3) was going okay prior to finishing 7 lengths back in 11th last start over 1m at this track (Turf). Junior Alvarado has been in the money at every start aboard this six-year-old entire so he should be given another chance. SPY HUNTER (4) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 5 lengths. Fitter and sure to run well.
