DEADPAN (5) returned from a lay-off four weeks ago when he was beaten 4.5 lengths into eighth over 1m1/2f at this track. Has never missed the frame second up. Beautifully placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. CAUSIN' MAYHEM (3) is an imported six-year-old having his first run in this area for the Martin Drexler barn. Back from a break after finishing sixth over 6½f at Woodbine at his last appearance ten weeks ago. Hasn't trialled publicly for the new connections but he is among the leading chances. Set Weights INGING SOLO (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1/2f at Tampa Bay Downs, beaten 3 lengths into fifth. Finds a suitable assignment and can turn things around. FLAT TOP BOX (4) was beaten 4. Well placed to bounce back.
