PEACH COBBLER (4) lifted strongly to salute by 2.25 lengths three runs back at Woodbine before filling a minor placing at her last two starts. Has a formidable record at this journey with four wins and four placings from 11 starts and shapes as a key contender. BODACIOUS BREN (3) has switched yards since finishing fourth three weeks ago over 5f at this track. One of the genuine hopes in the race. JOKES UP (7) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 6 lengths when fourth over 5f at this track seven weeks ago. Has started two times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Won't find this as tough so she is a major player. ROYAL POPPY (5) resumed last start over 5f at this track (Synthetic) and showed little early speed, settling well back but hitting the line hard to finish third, beaten 3.5 lengths. Tough to stop again.
