SPIRIT OF VICTORY (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. SMART JENNY (3) started at 7/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing seventh and beaten 3.5 lengths at this track (Synthetic) over 5½f. Beautifully placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. SILJIM (5) got the prize two runs ago at this track. Not as effective last time out when eighth over 5f at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. RED HOT SPARK (4) had been rock-solid with two placings in a row before finishing sixth over 5f at this track last start. Form over this course and distance is solid with a win and three minor placings from six starts. Deserves respect on best figures.
