CONDORA (4) scored last start by 1.3 lengths at this track (Synthetic) over 5½f. Has a very good record here including two wins from four starts. Leading contender. TRUMPETS (7) is a progressive type still in first campaign but off to a great start to career. Placed last time over 5f at this track (Turf) but prior to that put together two wins on end. Races well here and expected to run well again. DEFLECTION (3) showed little early dash last start but found the line strongly to get up for third, beaten 3 lengths, over this course and distance. Among the chances again. THE DOVE RULES (1) was beaten 4 lengths into fifth over 5f at this track three-and-a-half weeks ago. No surprise to see her in contention.
