NOBLE DREAMER (3) resumes in a similar race to her last run seven months ago when third, beaten 2.25 lengths. Yet to win when resuming but generally runs well with two minor placings from three tries. Comes here with definite claims. R FIREBIRD (2) found a couple better last start at this track (Synthetic) over 5f after she was prominent at the bend. Form over this journey is strong, boasting two wins from four starts. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Best form puts her right in this. KOZEM (6) raced close to the lead before clearing out to score an effortless 4 lengths win over 6½f at this track (Dirt) last time. Goes well at this trip, recording four minor placings and is one of the contenders. NUMERIC (1) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when second over 7f at this track, beaten 13 lengths. Worth another chance.
