THREE GIRLS (10) ran a better race last start to finish a close third over 5f at this track after being in the firing line on the bend. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. PEGGYSUE I LOVE U (7) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 5f at this track, beaten half a length after being in the firing line on the bend. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. STARSHIP SUNRISE (8) turned in a moderate run over this journey last time out, settling out the back and failing to come on when fourth over 5½f at this track (Synthetic). This doesn't look as hard so she is likely to play a big role. DEFENDED (1) finished midfield at her first run back from a lay-off last start, beaten 6 lengths over 6½f at this track (Dirt) when well in the market. Drawn to stalk the leaders. Must be respected.
