TOVIA (3) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 6f at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. BURN THE BREEZE (4) comes here off a break of three months. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 5½f at Tampa Bay Downs. Has ability and should be right in the finish. CHASING SILVER (7) resumes from a lay-off of nine months and is having her first outing under new trainer Scott D Acker. Finished fifth at this track (Dirt) over 6½f at the opening run last time in work. Can make her presence felt. TEARDUC (1) was in the money two starts back at this track but couldn't back it up last time when sixth, beaten 5.5 lengths, at this track (Synthetic) over 5f. Has her share of talent and can do a lot better.
