GOLDCREST (2) returns from a lay-off of four months and is having her first run for a new yard. Finished seventh at Ellis Park (Turf) over 1m1/2f when when resuming last time in work. Best fresh figures put her right in this. NUMERIC (7) is a distance specialist who finished fourth two runs back at Tampa Bay Downs (Dirt) then improved last time out to score by 6 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner over 7f at Tampa Bay Downs (Dirt). Finds a tougher race but she has the talent to test this line-up. DEVRA WARRIOR (1) finished 8 lengths behind the winner in fifth over 7f at Tampa Bay Downs (Dirt) last start after lifting strongly to score two runs back. Hard to beat on her form from two starts ago. MUDSHAFT (5) turned in another moderate effort last start when 16 lengths from the winner in eighth over 7f at Tampa Bay Downs. Better than recent efforts suggest.
