DANUBE (10) resumes from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months and is having his first outing under new trainer D W Moore. Finished tenth at this track over 6f at the opening run last time in work. Sure to take some beating. SOVEREIGN COMMAND (7) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 6 lengths away in fourth last time out over 6f at Scottsville. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. DOIN' TIME (9) was thereabouts last time out when second at Greyville All Weather over 7f, beaten a long neck. Won't mind coming back in distance. Major player. FIRELIGHTER (2) could only manage to finish fifth, beaten 4.5 lengths, at his latest appearance over 1m at this track after he got a long way back in the run. In the mix.
