ZALTA STAR (3) is a six-start maiden who is well and truly overdue, finishing second at Greyville All Weather over 7f last time out. Big chance to grab a well-deserved win. ROY'S GRACE (7) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when 3 lengths away in third over 5f at Scottsville. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. MADAME POMPADOUR (8) was beaten 5.5 lengths into third at Greyville All Weather two starts ago then finished 6 lengths from the winner in fourth last time at Scottsville. Should be prominent despite the awkward gate. Finds a nice race and can measure up. LONG STREET (9) was responsible for a better run last start, beaten 2.5 lengths into fourth over 1m at this track. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
