STAR OF THE FUTURE (9) recorded a strong maiden win over 7f at this track last time, getting there by 3 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and a bold showing is expected. SANTIAGO'S PRIDE (4) started at 5/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing seventh and beaten 8 lengths at Turffontein Standside over 1m1f. Perfectly placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. WALKIE TALKIE (2) finished 9 lengths away in sixth last time out over 1m1 3/4f at Scottsville a week-and-a-half ago. Steps up in distance. Has a high cruising speed. One to consider. I AM CLASSY (1) ran a better race last start to finish fourth over 1m2f at this track, beaten 13 lengths. Tackles a longer journey this time around and is open to further improvement.
