NEW FRONTIER (4) fought on for second last start over 1m2f at Greyville All Weather, making it two minor placings in a row. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. CAPTAIN OLIVER (11) started at big odds on debut last start but ran a bold race, finishing third and beaten 4 lengths over 1m at Scottsville. Should improve sharply and this looks a nice race. SILVER PLATTER (1) is a five-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 9 lengths when fifth over 1m at this track. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat. TIDAL ROCK (10) is a four-year-old gelding on debut by Trippi from the former top race mare River Jetez who has been a prolific producer including a winner at G1 level. Looks one of the better chances despite a difficult draw.
