VENDEMMIA (3) was too good for a maiden field last start over 7f38yards at this track, scoring by 1.2 lengths. Ben Looker was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Can go right on with the job now. RISK FOR REWARD (7) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 14 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 6f122yards at Coffs Harbour, beaten 3 lengths. In the right race and there is no reason he cannot get the major prize. GIOIA RIVER (8) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 1m at Wagga. Tough to stop again. MASTER ARTIST (1) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 7f at this track. Nicely placed to feature in the finish.
