ASK THE QUESTION (1) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 5f at Coffs Harbour two-and-a-half weeks ago. Will come on following that run and looks tough to hold out again. LOVE FOR ASHER (2) was prominent at the bend and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 5f125yards at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Nicely placed to find winning ways. ONCE A LADY (8) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a lay-off on April 9 finishing eighth and beaten 5 lengths over 5f32yards at this track. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
