Placed in a recent trial. Can make an immediate impact for the new mentor. HOT TODDY (5) is yet to break through after eight starts but not far off a win. Placed in a then missed the frame but was thereabouts last time over 6f at Wagga. Has the addition of blinkers. Shapes as one of the top chances. THE MAIN EVENT (6) was narrowly beaten into second when second up last start at Nowra over 5½f. Should be ready to find peak form. DANZA (4) was well in the market on debut over 5½f at Nowra last start and finished fifth, beaten 2.5 lengths. Has upside and can measure up.
