LYLES (1) had a bit on his rivals last time out, scoring an impressive 2.5 lengths maiden win over 6f at Kembla Grange. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Adam Hyeronimus was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Harder this time but still one to consider. SHAMBRETTA (2) accounted for a maiden field over 5f at Wyong last start when fresh from a break. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Jay Ford was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. One of the likely contenders despite the step up in grade.
