ALCAZAN (6) won on soft ground at Ascot (5f) eight days ago. Racing for trainer Roger Teal this previous course and distance winner holds every chance of following up. SPANISH STAR (4) was disappointing at Epsom during July. Brings plenty of form tackling track and trip and will certainly have no problems on soft ground. BALDOMERO (3) showed up well running sixth in a competitive 6f handicap at Ripon last time. Thereabouts. WODAO (2) might be in the mix following an excellent fourth-place finish attempting the journey at Ascot.
