PIPPA PHILIPA (5) was in a rearwards position on the turn last time out before finishing 8 lengths from the winner in eighth over 1m at Santa Anita (Turf). Among the top chances in what looks a most suitable race. THEA (7) was on debut at this track (Turf) last start where she made a sustained run and finished second, beaten 1.5 lengths, over 1m. Will benefit from that experience and is right in the mix. FIREWORK (9) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
