HYDRO FROST (4) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second when resuming last time out over 1m at this track (Turf). Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. SMOOTH SALUTE (1) had been racing okay but he was safely held last time out when seventh over 1m at Santa Anita (Dirt). Is a top-three hope if on-song. DEO (3) showed good early speed and led throughout to score by 1.3 lengths last start over 1m at this track (Turf). One of the main contenders. ACCLIDER (2) finished 2.25 lengths back in third over 1m at this track (Turf) last time out after a gutsy win two runs back. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Don't underestimate.
