Likely improver so a big run is anticipated. REEF CITY (6) finished ninth last time out over 1m on dirt at Los Alamitos, beaten 12 lengths. First try on synthetic. Hard to beat this time. I AM AMADEO (1) missed the frame on debut then progressed nicely at his second outing, finishing 0.8 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 5½f at this track. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. DONTIM (4) stepped out on his debut over 1m at this track (Synthetic) five weeks ago and finished sixth, beaten 10 lengths. Expected to be right there at the business end.
