MEHAJIR (9) was always well out of her ground when 6 lengths from the winner in ninth over 5f at this track last start, a less impressive effort than her when resuming fifth at Sunshine Coast the run before. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. CHAYSE 'N' ADAM (12) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when she was beaten 6 lengths into ninth over 6f at this track. Finds an easier assignment and can take this out. COOL ENCOUNTER (1) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fourth at Sunshine Coast over 7f after being prominent at the corner. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot return to winning ways. TIRITIRI (7) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 4.5 lengths into tenth over 6¾f at Doomben. Fitter and sure to run well.
