MATSUYAMA (15) finished 12th last time out over 1m1/2f on turf at Ipswich, beaten 19 lengths. First try on synthetic. Sure to be prominent. PATTI WAGGIN (18) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he was never in contention over 1m at Ballina, beaten 7 lengths into fourth. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. Group 3 placegetter IMEZAAKI (2) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish fourth, beaten 0.9 lengths, over 1m1 1/2f at this track. Among the chances and will be tough to stop. AIDEN (1) raced in town last time and missed the frame, finishing eighth over 1m3 1/4f at Eagle Farm. Has a win and four minor placings at this journey from six starts and should be in the finish.
