LUTON HOO (7) is a three-year-old filly who is having her first run for the David Vandyke barn. Scored at her latest appearance at Orange eight months ago. Ran fifth in a trial at Sunshine Coast Inner Track over 4¼f and won on debut to launch last prep. Expected to go close. FIRST PERSON (5) won her maiden four starts back and is ready to salute again after a string of recent placings, the latest when third over 5½f at Doomben. Will appreciate a drop in grade. Well placed so expecting a strong run. HER EXPENSE (2) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Sunshine Coast, beaten 3 lengths. Strips fitter and can feature. ENFLAMED (1) was too good for a maiden field when resuming last start over 4f76yards at Toowoomba, scoring by 1.5 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Re-unites with Madeleine Wishart who was on board last start. Tougher assignment this time but is one of the main contenders.
