SPECIAL PLAN (3) broke through for her maiden win over 7f at this track last time, scoring comfortably. Shaping up nicely and she is a key runner. WHO BE WHATEE (5) finds it hard to win with just one success from 21 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 1m at this track, beaten 3 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. MAXIMUM IMPACT (4) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing third and beaten only 2.5 lengths over 1m at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Likely improver with strong prospects. DESERT EDGE (2) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on July 10 finishing eighth and beaten 16 lengths over 1m2 1/2f at Belmont Park. Worth plenty of thought.
