GORGEOUS GUS (3) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at Pinjarra Scarpside but raced below expectations last time over 6f at Ascot, finishing eighth and beaten 4 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Has the class to return to form. MOCHA DREAM (1) returns from a layoff of five months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 6f at this track. One to consider. LIBERTY DAME (9) finished 5.5 lengths adrift in eighth last time over 7f at this track in a disappointing performance. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
