DOUGAL MCKEEN (2) started at 7/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing ninth and beaten 8 lengths at Bendigo over 7f. Finds a nice race and can atone. GOATS ON OATS (1) missed the placings two runs back then got a long way back last start when 2 lengths away in fifth over 7f124yards at Yarra Valley. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. SURELY SPECIAL (6) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when 1.75 lengths away in second over 1m at Ballarat when he was always up in the leading division. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. OLLY'S FORTUNE (5) was prominent at the bend and finished third last start over 7f at Hamilton, beaten half a length. Placed to advantage so expect a forward showing.
