MAHENO (5) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 6 lengths when fourth over 6¾f at Strathalbyn two weeks ago. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. STIRRUP CUP (11) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest at this track over 7½f. Draws ideally and is among the main chances. IRISH THORN (4) settled well back last time out then found the line strongly to finish 6 lengths away in sixth over 6f at Morphettville. One to watch for in the closing stages.
