DUNTROON LASS (9) found a couple marginally better when returning from a layoff last start over 5½f at this track after being prominent throughout. Should go forward again from a good gate. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. KERNEL BOOM (6) ran below expectations last time at Ipswich, finishing seventh and beaten 3 lengths starting at 15/2. Has the talent to take this out. TAPIS MAGIQUE (12) came home strongly last start to finish third, beaten 0.7 lengths, over 5½f at Ipswich. Sure to be thereabouts. MONTANA LADY (15) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at Toowoomba, beaten 4.5 lengths into eighth. Has her share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
