HELIKEDEMPRETTY (11) found the line nicely but never threatened over 6f at Sunshine Coast last time out when finishing midfield. Honest record at this distance and looks tough to beat. KERNEL BOOM (14) is yet to fill a placing in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when fourth over 5f at Sunshine Coast after he was prominent at the turn. Cherry-ripe now and looks a clear threat. KWIK AZ HELL (12) pushed forward from a wide draw last time and found the front, leading for most of the way before fading late to finish fourth over 5¼f at Gold Coast Poly. Will give a sight again. SCUD (9) finished sixth over 6¾f at Doomben last time out following a determined win two runs back. Faces a far less daunting assignment this time. Not to be discounted.
