PARUES (18) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 4 lengths into fourth over 5½f at this track. Has been in the money at each second up start. Strips fitter and can go on to take this out. FREAKSHAKE (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 4f at Kilcoy, beaten 4.5 lengths into fifth. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. SMILING ZAC (4) raced on the speed and lifted to score by 2.75 lengths at this track and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Nicely placed to keep the ball rolling.
