GET MY DRIFT (2) displayed plenty of early toe and went on to score by 4 lengths last time out over 6½f at Woodbine. Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. AWESOME SPIRIT GAL (3) was a turf track winner when resuming over 5f at this track then switched to the dirt last time and hit the frame, finishing third over 5½f at this track. In great form and is a major player back on turf. PRINCESS ALESKA (6) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1m at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Meeting a deeper field this time but she deserves plenty of thought. ITS A BIRDIE (5) last appeared two weeks ago over 1m at this track when she finished fourth. This is her first run for the George Newland stable.
