ANARCHY (6) was well supported when resuming last time out over 5f at this track and proved too strong, scoring by one length. Open to plenty of improvement and looks sure to run well again. Can make it back-to-back wins. SHAKOO MAKOO (8) returns after a lay-off of eight months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 5f at this track. Strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. MUSICAL STRIDE (7) last appeared a week-and-a-half ago over 6½f at Woodbine when he finished seventh. This is his first run for the Richard M Davis stable. Well-placed and is among the chances. QUARKY (2) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when fourth over 4½f at Mountaineer Park (Dirt) after being in contention on the turn. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge.
