SHIP BOSS (4) was sent out at long odds when resuming last time but ran above expectations to finish fourth, beaten only 1.2 lengths, over 4f at this track (Dirt). Strong winning chance. SHAKINTHEMONARCHY (2) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at this track but raced below expectations last time over 6f at this track (Dirt), finishing seventh and beaten 9 lengths. Finds a nice race and can make amends. CAPTAIN DON (8) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then he got a long way back and was beaten 7 lengths when fifth in a 4f contest at this track two weeks ago. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. Well placed to bounce back.
