Kevin Roman who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Bold showing expected. HASTINGS SUNRISE (6) won when resuming at this track then finished second last time out over 6f at this track (Dirt), beaten 1.75 lengths. Improvement in store so he is among the leading chances. BIRDIE MACHINE (4) lines up for the first time since August 17. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 6f at Hawthorne. Has switched to the Larry D Donlin yard. Makes plenty of appeal. WEST WARPATH (1) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at this track, beaten 5.5 lengths. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
