MIDWEST (9) has been kept fresh since winning over 5f at this track. Kept up to the mark with a recent Cranbourne trial placing. Top contender and can take this out. PISANELLO (8) closed off strongly last start to get up for third, beaten a long neck, over 5½f at Rosehill when coming back from a lay-off. Backmarker who gets home hard. Will prove tough to beat. SHE DANCES (6) pushed forward last time and battled on gamely to finish just 0.8 lengths from the winner in third over 5½f at Caulfield when when resuming from a lay-off. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. EXTREMELY LUCKY (5) continued the good recent form when he finished just 0.7 lengths away in third last time out over 5½f in the LR Manihi Classic at Morphettville. Settles back early but winds up late. A big run is expected.
