CHORLTON LANE (4) is a six-time winner who has been racing well, beaten 0.7 lengths into third last time out over 1m at Caulfield. Sure to run a big race. AZTEC RULER (5) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 2.75 lengths back in fourth over 7f in the LR John Dillon Stakes (Ex Barton) at Sandown-Lakeside. Rates highly and expected to go well. ATTRITION (1) is back at the races for the first time since December 7. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 7f at Morphettville Parks. Definite top-three chance. JUST FOLK (2) returns from a short break after finishing fourth over 7f at Pakenham eight weeks ago. Kept up to the mark with a recent Cranbourne trial placing. Cannot be underestimated.
