LOVEGRASS (1) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 6 lengths when sixth in a 5f contest at Turffontein Standside seven-and-a-half weeks ago. Has the class to take this out. DAFNES DAUGHTER (5) produced a good run two starts back to finish third but failed to live up to market expectations last time when out of the placings at Kenilworth over the same trip. Has the ability to take care of this field. EUROPEAN SUMMER (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Fairview All Weather, beaten 4 lengths into tenth. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. ARTICUNO (2) ran below expectations last start, finishing fifth and beaten 3 lengths at Fairview All Weather over 5½f. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
