NOODSBERG (6) turned in a much better effort last start when beaten only 1.5 lengths into second at this track over 7f. Should be prominent from the outset. Expected to be in the finish. BEIJING BOULEVARD (3) is yet to break through in nine runs but has been thereabouts. Placed in a then was 3 lengths away in fifth over 1m at this track last time. Has a high cruising speed. Nicely placed to open her account. COUNTESS Q (4) tackled the mile for the first time last start at Turffontein Inside and after looking a winning chance halfway down the straight she finished midfield. Has the early speed to cross from out wide. One of the main contenders. LAUGH TILL I CRY (2) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 6½f at this track. Looks to be in the right race so another bold effort is on the cards.
