PEDRO (6) produced a reasonable effort when second last start over 1m at Fairview, beaten 1.5 lengths. That followed a win at Fairview the start prior. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. SCAMPTON (8) finished 3.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 7f at Fairview four weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Drawn to enjoy a good run on the speed. One of the main contenders. EL ROMIACHI (11) turned in a fine effort to score by a neck at this course and distance last start in a far better effort. Nicely placed to take this out.
