TARTAN QUEEN (3) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6f at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths. Taking on a better field but she is worth serious consideration. ROYAL VENUS (6) made progress last time out, finishing 4.5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 6f at this track. Meets some better types this time but she has the talent to test this line-up. CAPE FLOWER (1) has not raced since she finished sixth over 6f at this track on July 16. One of the main contenders. IGNITETHELIGHT (2) returns from a lay-off of six months and is having her first run for a new yard. Finished seventh at Turffontein Inside over 6f when when resuming last time in work.
