BOOGIE BODE (4) started at 5/1 last time but could only manage sixth, beaten 11 lengths, at Hawthorne over 1m1/4f. Deserves another chance. JACK SPRAT (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at this track, beaten 4 lengths into fourth after being in the firing line on the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. HIGHLY PERFECT (3) was in contention all the way and fought on for second last start over 1m at this track (Dirt), making it three minor placings in a row. Likely improver with strong prospects. CITY OF GOD (6) ran below expectations last start, finishing fifth and beaten 4 lengths at this track (Dirt) over 1m. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
