ATARAH (7) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 6f at this track (Dirt) when third, beaten 9 lengths. Promising type with improvement to come so another bold showing is expected. CONTORTED (1) finished midfield last start on debut over 5½f at this track (Turf), beaten 9 lengths when in the market. Deserves another chance.
