GRAY'S FABLE (7) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 2.25 lengths when fifth in a 1m1/2f contest at this track seven weeks ago. Axel Concepcion gets the best out of this 10-year-old gelding. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. CALICOCO (1) finished 2.25 lengths from the winner in third when resuming last start over 1m1/2f at Listed level at this track (Turf). Excellent record here having never missed the placings in four starts, including three wins and one placing. Sure to run well. TAKE ME TO CHURCH (3) was last at the races when he finished seventh over 1m in stakes class at Del Mar (Turf) on October 31. Can make his presence felt. SMOKEY MANDATE (2) was below best form latest when a 9 length ninth over 1m1/4f at this track (Dirt). Previous form sound and rates among the chances.
