STATES' RIGHTS (5) is racing well, scoring by 1.3 lengths in a at Keeneland (Turf) then finishing a respectable fourth last time over 1m at this track (Turf) when not too far away. Should camp just off the leaders. Expected to be in the finish. FABER (6) settled well back from a wide draw last time then wound up strongly to finish fourth over 1m1f in Listed grade at Woodbine. Will drift back but will be getting home hard. FLYING MOHAWK (2) accounted for a maiden field over 1m1/2f at Churchill Downs (Turf) last start, finishing 5.5 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Harder here but should be involved in the finish. LUCKY MISCHIEF (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Churchill Downs, beaten 15 lengths into eighth. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
