SOUTH BEND TOM (3) has started twice, missing the frame on debut then doing a better job to finish third last time, beaten 2.75 lengths over 1m1/2f at Churchill Downs (Dirt). Should settle in the leading division. Further improvement to come and this looks his chance. ROYAL COACH (2) stepped out on his debut over 6½f at Keeneland (Dirt) eight weeks ago and finished tenth, beaten 21 lengths. Blinkers on and strips fitter. Sure to go well. RAISING KANE (1) was safely held when sixth on debut last start over 6f at this track (Dirt). Tackles a longer journey this time. Expected to do far better this time. GRAND ACADEMIC (4) finished second last time over 6f at this track (Dirt), beaten 4.5 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders.
