NERVY (9) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 8 lengths over 6f at this track (Dirt). Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Looks well placed and he looks certain to measure up again. PITCH AND RUN (3) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 20 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when sixth over 6½f at Delta Downs, beaten 10 lengths. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. VERO CAMPIONE (4) closed off strongly last start to get up for second, beaten 0.8 lengths, over 6f at this track. Has a decent record at this track. Sure to be competitive. CALIBRACHOAMATTERS (5) got the prize two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when sixth over 6f at this track, beaten 6 lengths. In contention this time.
