TOUGH CHARLIE (6) was in contention on the corner and progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 5½f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. Group 3 placegetter VERB (12) was in contention on the corner and finished second last time over 6f at this track (Dirt) when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 1.75 lengths. Worth noting Mitchell Murrill goes aboard. Has the class to get the prize. OF THE MOMENT (2) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage sixth over 7½f at this track (Turf). Can sneak into the finish.
